The system, in its basic format, allows the creation and distribution of digital content to Bluetooth® enabled devices using the OBEX set of protocols and bespoke on device applications.

The system is fully managed on hardware and software, accessed via the Internet using a very simple clear menu format to control a single and/or networked group of computerised devices that deliver, free of charge, the required information to phones, PDAs and computers via a Bluetooth® connection.

From actions and interaction between devices and the system, a range of reports can be generated to give a digital insight into the behaviour of individuals, demographic groups and the public at a live “pavement” level.
